Guangzhou Automobile Group has initially opened up the whole process manufacturing process of all-solid-state battery, and achieved the key technical breakthrough in mass production of all-solid-state power battery with high safety and large capacity.

The first is ultra-high energy density. Guangzhou automobile all-solid-state power battery adopts high surface capacity solid-state anode technology and the third generation sponge silicon anode technology, and the all-solid-state anode can reach 5mAh/cm?Above the high surface capacity, and then realize the energy density of more than 400Wh/kg. In addition, the battery keeps stable performance under extreme conditions such as needling, cutting, dry ice environment at minus 78°C, high temperature hot water immersion at 90°C, and thermal runaway does not occur under mechanical abuse conditions such as nailing and cutting, which significantly improves the safety of automobiles.

Guangzhou Automobile All-solid-state Power Battery has successfully established the whole process manufacturing technology of all-solid-state power battery by trying more than 100 kinds of material schemes and process schemes, and realized the manufacturing of large-size multi-layer stacked all-solid-state batteries, with a capacity as high as 30Ah, far exceeding the highest level in the current industry (10Ah-15Ah), laying a foundation for the application of all-solid-state power batteries of vehicle specifications.

At present, the coverage rate of high-precision maps only accounts for about 6% of the national highway mileage, which means that autonomous driving based on high-precision maps cannot be used in about 94% of the national highway sections.
